Terms of service

Fair terms, written to be read.

These terms cover the site you're on now — createspacebrand.com — and the shop that lives on it. By using the site you're agreeing to them, so we've kept them short and in plain words.

Effective August 5, 2026.

In plain words

Browse freely, use our forms honestly, and don't break things. What you make is yours; what we made is ours. If anything here is unclear, ask a person — there's one at the other end.

Who we are

createspace · community + talent is a creator management house with two divisions: a creator community, and a represented talent roster we put in front of brand partners. This site presents the house, its services and its shop. When these terms say "we", "us" or "the house", that's who is speaking; "you" is anyone using the site.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, link to and share anything published here. We ask that you don't disrupt the site or its forms — no attacks, probing or overloading — don't scrape it at scale for resale or model training, don't use a form to send anything unlawful or abusive, and don't pretend to be someone you're not. The forms carry modest rate limits for exactly this reason.

Applications and decisions

Applying to Community or Talent happens in our workspace at createspacebrand.online, which carries its own terms shown to you there — this site just walks you to the door. What the site says about eligibility and seasons is accurate when written, but criteria and timing can change between seasons, and the open-door status shown on this site is a best-effort live view, not a promise. Every decision is made by a person, and a decision on an application is ours to make.

The shop and digital products

The shop sells digital products, workshops and services for creators, and each is described — with its price — before you commit to anything. Digital products come with a personal, non-transferable licence: use them freely in your own creative practice and work, but don't resell or redistribute the files themselves. Because they're files, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded — though if something arrives broken or isn't as described, write to us and a person will put it right. If we cancel a paid workshop or session outright and can't offer you an equivalent place, you get your money back.

Your work stays yours; ours stays ours

Everything you create remains yours — sending us an enquiry or an application gives us no rights over your work. In the same spirit, the writing, design, name and lockup of this site belong to the house; please don't reuse them in a way that suggests we made, endorsed or represent something we didn't.

What we don't promise

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is a guarantee of acceptance into either division, of brand deals, of income or of audience growth. Links that leave the site go to services we don't run, on their terms, not these.

Liability, kept in proportion

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you actually paid us for the thing in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version is published here and the effective date above changes with it. A change to the shop's terms won't rewrite the terms of a purchase you already made.

Questions

How we handle information has its own page — privacy, written just as plainly. For anything else about these terms, reach us through the contact page and a person will answer.
