Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded — that is the trade for instant, unlimited access. If a file is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it. Pre-launch orders can be refunded in full any time before the files unlock.

Payments are processed by Stripe over TLS 1.3, at PCI-DSS Level 1, with 3-D Secure. Card details are entered in a Stripe-hosted field and never touch our servers — we could not store your card number if we wanted to.

No. You can check out with just an email. An account is worth having anyway: it keeps your files, receipts, licences and membership in one place, and your download links live there permanently.
