What the role holds

01

Trend intelligence

You watch for signal across platforms, tell a real trend from noise, and keep a record of what you spot and why it matters to us.

02

Channels and cadence

You plan where we show up and how often, at a pace the pod can hold week after week.

03

Briefs someone else can make

You turn a trend into a clear brief for the Visual & Account Engagement Specialist. Clarity is the whole job here.

04

Warm, not loud

Plenty of trends are loud; ours can’t be. You adapt what’s moving so it still feels like createspace, and keep growth in service of connection.

How we choose

01

Application and interview

We read your trend thinking closely and, if it sparks, meet you to talk strategy and instinct.

02

A trend brief exercise

A paid exercise: spot a live trend and turn it into a brief the pod could run. We calibrate together.

03

Onboarding to the pod

You meet your pod partner, learn our channels, cadence and brand register, and set up your signal sources.

04

Review and confirm

We review the first cycles of strategy together and confirm the seat, or part on warm terms.

Who it's for

A sharp, calm, fast-reading mind who already lives in the feeds and can explain why something is working. If you’re a creator looking to join our talent roster, this isn’t that door: creators joining the roster apply through casting.
