Hold a house's standards, from the first stage.
The Brand Architect seat at its first stage — creative direction and the brand build on our campaigns, the Brand Architect Engine, and our own socials, under the founder's review. Fully remote, part-time, with a real path through the role.
Opens to applications Monday, November 2
What the seat holds
Ideate and Define
Creative direction and the brand build on every campaign: the concept, the brief, and the standards it is written against.
The Brand Architect Engine
The studio’s queue — briefs, the canvas, the library of approved assets, overlays and delivery — and the compliance read on every piece before it ships.
Our own socials
Brand Architect Socials: writing and packaging episodes in the house voice, and keeping the slate.
Paid engagements
The Brand Architect’s layers on the brand services clients hire us for, handed off in order.
The shape of it
How we choose
Application read
A person reads every application — the case you walk us through above all.
A conversation
Forty-five minutes on video with the founder about your work and how you decide.
A practical
A brand-build practical in the workspace’s training simulation.
Portfolio and references
You walk us through two pieces live; we speak with two references.
The offer and the seat
Your seat, and the workspace training that opens it.
Who it's for
Someone who has built a brand system another person could use, and kept it. One to three years of brand or identity work is typical; a strong case matters more than the count. If you're earlier than that, the Brand Architect Intern cohort is the way in — and its direct hire lands in this seat.
Applications open in November
Until then, leave your name and email and we'll write the day it opens. From November 2, the full application is right here.
